Nikita Ivanovich Suslov graduated from the Novosibirsk State University (Economic faculty) in 1979 with a degree of economist-mathematician. From 1979 to now he is in IEIE SB RAS having come up all steps from a trainee to a head of sector. In November 2009 he was approved as the head of department of analysis and forecast of industrial systems. In 1985 – a Candidate of science, in 2001 – a Doctor of science, in 2010 – a professor. He is the author and co-author of over 220 scientific papers, among them 18 monographs.
